This multiyear program will bring significant changes in the business processes through the adoption of digital technologies and will require new skills and expertise with a good mix of business understating and technical know-how.
- **As ICT Supply Chain Planning Specialist**, you will be part of the central Group ICT organization and will be involved in a Digital Supply Chain Project to implement new tools and improve existing processes and solutions.
- You will be focusing on the
- ** new Supply Chain Platform and SAP ECC solutions**, with the aim of develop, maintaining and extending its functionalities in close collaboration with the existing ICT and Business organization.
- **You will be responsible for**:
- interfacing with the Business and assisting them in defining Applications functional requirements that means working with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager and ICT HQs technical teams (including external systems integrators) to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives
- supporting the full life-cycle of the Applications change requests / projects, from writing functional analysis, developments/interface specifications and IT/user acceptance test scripts up to deploying the solution into live environment
- performing 2nd level Key Users support via ticketing system
- performing extensive quality checks on the external systems integrator deliverables
- maintain operational procedures, documentation and internal Knowledge base
- oversee the service availability and performances in cooperation with Help Desk, Architecture (Infrastructure and TLC), and External Suppliers- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes and preferably with some "hands on" experience (SAP APO or other similar platforms);
- Knowledge of Logistic processes and preferably with some knowledge on SAP ECC (MM SD PP modules);
- Ability to easily interact with business internal clients as well as with external suppliers in complex multinational environments, proactive attitude, a good analytical and problem-solving skills, team-working and flexibility complete the profile.
- Good command of Italian and English and availability to travel are required.
