You will be able to work from home most of the time if you are based in one of these countries. /p pAs a Junior CRM Engineer you will be part of the project team involved in the implementation of Salesforce new features (primarily Service Cloud and potentially Sales Cloud) at Awin. You will also be joining a team of CRM engineers and specialists reporting to the CRM Engineering Manager within the CRM department. In this position, you will also be responsible for the day‑to‑day user management, maintenance and continuous roll‑out of Salesforce features. /p h3Key Tasks /h3 ul liParticipate to the CRM team sprints to implement features supporting the defined roadmap /li liWork closely with CRM Business Analyst and / or CRM Architects to understand requirements and deliver best of class solutions /li liImplement scalable solutions in Apex, LWCs, SOQL, integrations (REST, Platform Events) and configuration (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, etc.) /li liParticipate in the creation of technical designs with best practises in mind /li liTroubleshoot Salesforce platform errors and propose possible solutions considering pros cons /li liEnsure long term success by creating and maintaining technical documentation /li /ul h3Skills Expertise /h3 ul li1 years+ hands‑on experience working with Salesforce /li liProficient in Apex, LWCs and Flow Builder /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns /li liExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments /li liExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus /li liRelevant Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer (I and II) and Platform App Builder is a plus /li liExperience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GearSet) and CI / CD pipelines is a plus /li liHighly customer and service oriented /li liAbility to carry on tasks in autonomy and feedback on progress in a timely manner /li liExcellent communication skills in English /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
