The position serves as a strategic business partner to Catalent’s Business Development, Site Operations and Legal teams and will have a lead role in the development and execution of contracts with new and existing customers, ensuring that Catalent has excellent agreements in place across the PCH portfolio with business terms that represent both Catalent’s and our customer’s interests. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLeads the negotiation of complex, high-value contracts in partnership with Business Development, Legal, PCH sites and other functional leads to achieve timely deal closure and growth expectations. /liliResponsible for tracking all contracts being negotiated for PCH. /liliMitigates risk through understanding of proposed terms and conditions and develops recommendations for contract language to meet business needs. /liliIdentify and communicate risk areas throughout the negotiation contract lifecycle and the renewal process.
