Experteer Overview
In this role, you will transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive brand, digital, and trade decisions. You will embed intelligence across Campari Group, connecting analytics to brand-building and marketing effectiveness. You’ll evangelize data-driven storytelling to improve cross-channel communications and platform activation, with a focus on paid, owned, and earned media. This is a hands-on position that partners with global and local teams to shape strategic decisions and performance measurement.

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with measurement analytics or data-driven roles
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
- Strong understanding of brand insights, consumer behavior, competition, and marketing effectiveness
- Knowledge of digital marketing and measurement tools (analytics, social listening, media, CRM, and search data)
- Proficient data visualization skills and dashboards
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
- Curious, proactive, and capable of working across cultures
- Willingness to travel when needed
