The role involves overseeing the administration, implementation, and continuous updating of the local and global infrastructure, with particular attention to Industry and NIS-2 compliance requirements that the company must adhere to. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in distributed multinational environments with strong expertise in cybersecurity. Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor the company’s network infrastructure. • Implement and maintain IT security policies to protect company data and assets. • Diagnose and resolve network and system issues. • Manage hardware and software configurations, updates, and security patches. • Collaborate with the IT team to analyze and manage security risks. • Implement cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring and defense tools. • Provide support to business functions in securely using IT resources. • Plan and manage backup and disaster recovery activities. • Maintain and manage Industry 4.0 solutions Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a multinational industrial sector). • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). • Expertise in cybersecurity, with experience in implementing advanced protection solutions. • Knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, VMWare). • Knowledge of scripting and Microsoft product environments • Ability to analyze and resolve complex network and security-related issues. • Proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving and developing innovative solutions. • Must have own transportation and be available for temporary travelling. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other company departments. • Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
