Main activities:
* Handle customer support requests by ensuring timely, high-quality assistance through maintenance activities and follow-ups;
* Actively plans and supports external sales force activities
* Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
* Act as liaison between internal departments to ensure efficient workflow coordination;
* Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall business success by supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
* High school Diploma or graduate degree in Administration/Economics/Languages;
* Excellent knowledge of English and French
* Customer service orientation;
* Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills;
