Position Available : Head of Sales for Leading BESS Components Company
Responsibilities : Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligning with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors.Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments, providing analysis and reports to management.Requirements : Degree in technical, economic disciplines, or equivalent; engineering background is a plus.At least 7-10 years of commercial experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules.Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and the supply chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors).Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).J-18808-Ljbffr
