PpbShape a child’s very first learning experiences /b. bAt Guidepost Montessori, our Lead Infant Guides create calm, nurturing environments where infants are respected as capable individuals from the very beginning. /b /p pIf you’re passionate about early development and want to lead a thoughtfully designed classroom that supports independence, movement, and discovery, we’d love to meet you. /p pAs a Lead Infant Guide, you’ll lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment intentionally designed to support each child’s natural development. /p pIn Montessori, the environment and the guide work together to nurture independence, curiosity, and confidence. You’ll thoughtfully prepare the classroom, observe each child closely, and provide individualized care that honors their unique rhythms and needs. /p pMost importantly, you’ll help infants develop trust in themselves and the world around them laying the foundation for lifelong learning. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liObserve each child to understand and support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development /li liRespect and follow each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting /li liPrepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration /li liSupport independence by encouraging children to participate in care activities /li liBuild warm, meaningful relationships with children and families /li liPartner closely with parents to support each child’s growth and development /li liLead and collaborate with classroom team members to create a strong, respectful community /li /ul h3The Montessori Prepared Environment /h3 pEvery Guidepost infant classroom is fully equipped with high-quality Montessori materials and thoughtfully designed to support movement, exploration, and independence. /p ul liOpen floor space for movement and exploration /li liChild-sized furniture and materials /li liCurriculum that supports independence in feeding, dressing, and toileting /li liScientifically designed materials for fine and gross motor development /li liNatural elements like real plants, cozy rugs, and abundant natural light /li liBeautiful, breakable materials made from wood and metal rather than plastic /li liOpportunities for climbing, crawling, and discovery without restrictive devices /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liInterest in pursuing bfully sponsored Montessori certification /b through our Prepared Montessorian Institute, or prior Montessori diploma /li liExperience working with children ages b0–3 /b in a group care setting /li liAlignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar) /li liRequired bECE or Child Development credits /b /li liBachelor’s degree (Child related field) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on education and experience /li liHealth, dental, and vision insurance /li liPaid time off and paid holidays /li lib75% tuition discount /b for up to two children at any Guidepost school /li liA collaborative community of peers and mentors /li liClear pathways for career growth and leadership advancement /li /ul h3About Guidepost Montessori /h3 pGuidepost Montessori is a growing network of over b100 schools /b across the U.S. and Asia, serving children from b3 months to 6 years old /b in our Nido, Toddler, and Children’s House programs. /p pWe believe children are capable and we design environments that empower them to explore, grow, and flourish.
