Your Missions Purchase Ledger Set up and maintain new accounts Code and process purchase invoices and credit notes Prepare payments list Post bank transactions and match to invoices Post credit card transactions Run detailed creditors report and reconcile accounts Prepare and post staff expenses report Sales Ledger Set up and maintain new accounts Code and process sales invoices and credit notes Post bank transactions and match to invoices Run detailed debtors report and reconcile accounts Monthly Routine Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist in expense management by project Process journal entries for accruals and prepayments Process journals for mis-posted transactions Manage and reconcile cash transactions Enter postings as per central team requests Book fixed assets and depreciation Assist with reconciling P&L accounts Manage and assist in monthly closing processes Handle VAT liquidation and maintain VAT registers Collaborate on monthly/quarterly tax declarations (e.g., Intrastat, VAT) Prepare SDI documentation (e.g., monthly XML uploads) Prepare intercompany reconciliations Generate dedicated reports Year-End Routine Assist with final reconciliations and adjustments Help prepare schedules for year-end audit Manage journals, VAT register, social company books review, and archiving Others Complete statistical surveys in line with group requirements Ensure supporting documents are collected and archived Verify admin contracts for compliance Collaborate with IT to improve ERP and other tools Support internal checks and reports related to physical distribution and neighboring rights Monitor cash forecasts and payment processes Participate in finance tool implementations and reporting Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department Ability to work independently with support from the Finance Manager Strong time management skills Flexible and proactive in process development Proficiency in Excel Effective communication with stakeholders Team player willing to support others Fluent in English Additional Information Join us to set the tone in a fast-growing company!
