Your opportunity
The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in Sustainability Reporting, Compliance, and Legal administrative support. The role will contribute to the operational implementation of Brioni’s Sustainability Roadmap and to the execution of compliance and due‑diligence activities, working closely with both the Sustainability and Legal Departments.
How you will contribute
- Sustainability reporting & data management
- Support the annual and periodic Sustainability Reporting activities.
- Contribute to data collection, validation, consolidation and documentation required for internal Group reporting and external disclosures.
- Assist in preparing datasets and follow-ups for ESG KPIs.
- Support the monitoring of Brioni’s sustainability targets and roadmap milestones, ensuring the timely update of progress-tracking tools.
- Compliance
- Support the execution of compliance activities, including administrative preparation for due‑diligence processes (third‑party assessments, documentation review, etc.)
- Contribute to the update, maintenance and organization of internal procedures, guidelines and registers
- Provide operational support in the implementation of compliance programs (e.g., policy updates, training materials, internal control documentation).
- Assist the Legal Department with basic legal‑administrative tasks such as document archiving, contract tracking, preparation of standard documentation and coordination with internal requesters.
Who you are
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields. A Master in Green Management and Sustainability will be a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English
- A passion for sustainability and compliance topics
- Solid analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ability to organize and manage own workload
- Good capability to work with MS Office
