Position: Industrial Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
1. Be responsible for layout planning;
2. Be responsible for investment planning and procurement about machines, equipment, production resources/tools;
3. Be responsible for planning of new production systems and technologies (e.g. assembly technologies), their procurement and implementation;
4. Optimize machining, assembly, treatment and testing processes applying lean management principles;
5. Design of serial costs in production systems with complex work contents;
6. Be responsible for creating or changing work instructions and test instructions (operator description sheets);
7. Be responsible for lay-outing of BOM / routings according to the production flow.
Your profile:
1. Minimum high school diploma in mechanical/electrical, preferable university degree in mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering;
2. At least 5 years experience in mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering;
3. Ability to read and interpret technical brochures, specifications, drawings, and wiring schematics;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD, and 3D design applications (Solid Edge preferable);
5. In-depth knowledge of LEAN tools, production, and quality strategies;
6. Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English (minimum B2 level);
7. High process knowledge of manufacturing processes;
8. Experience in leading teams desirable;
9. Teamwork and communication skills.
