As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing technical support, demonstrating Dynatrace solutions, managing POCs, building customer relationships, and supporting RFIs & RFPs. About you You should be ambitious, confident, self-motivated, with experience in a technical customer-facing role, passionate about technology and sales. Requirements include excellent communication skills, 3-5 years experience in observability or application performance management, troubleshooting skills, project management ability, willingness to travel up to 30%, and a desire to grow professionally. Responsibilities Promote Dynatrace products at trade shows and customer meetings. Participate in POC creation and cloud architecture discussions. Present Dynatrace’s vision to executives. Guide technical solutions during sales cycles. Deliver demos at events and support partner demonstrations. Gather customer feedback for product improvement. Share best practices and develop team capabilities. Support sales and partners as a technical contact. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience. 3 years in observability or related technologies.
