Pool Attendant
to join our team for the 2026 season.
You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury wine service to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community contributing to the excellence of the restaurant team and elevating the overall dining experience.
Main Responsibilities
Assist/ensure Guests courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards;
Anticipate Guests' needs;
Ensures that work station is clean at all the times;
Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned;
Work closely with colleagues of other Department providing assistance.
Requirements
Communicates clearly and appropriately, using both verbal and non‑verbal cues effectively
Manages and expresses emotions well and maintains positive relationships
Collaborates effectively, showing respect, sharing knowledge, and committing to continuous development
Delivers exceptional, consistent service, anticipates needs, and takes ownership with a sense of urgency
Demonstrates physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting and moving pool furniture
