PpWe are looking for a Bids and Projects Manager with at least 2‑year experience in engineering and project management, strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. /p h3Key Duties /h3 ul liManage Process Control actions of the BL, particularly those decided within Monthly Programs Reviews. /li liEnsure effective implementation of the BL Operating Model through the BL organization to achieve overall operational efficiency and simplification. /li liProvide support and visibility for company improvement initiatives and compliance with QMS and company rules/processes. /li liSupport resource management of forecasted programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario. /li liContribute to the competitiveness improvement process, monitoring actions and results. /li liSupport and contribute to harmonization and standardization of executive reporting among all BLOEN domains. /li liParticipate in major Program MRP’s and Bid’s Gate, providing BLOEN point of attention with identification/anticipation of critical issues and proposing forward‑action plans via interfacing entities and stakeholders. /li liSupport bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM, including consolidation of corresponding workload. /li liContribute to monthly analysis of BLOEN domains performance, highlighting risks and criticalities, and help define corrective actions and relevant plans. /li liSupport the exploitation and improvement of products in observation, navigation and exploration domains. /li liContribute to managing and exploiting national filiere, PNRR related topics including Space Smart Factory / Joint Lab. /li liContribute to OEN documentation preparation (OEN staff, SBP, MYB…) with notes, presentations and reporting memos. /li liManage Risks Opportunities: maintain the Risks Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation, and shape opportunities plans. /li liProduce KPIs, prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow‑up. /li /ul h3Skills, Experience And Qualifications Required /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Engineering (specialty). /li liMore than 2 years’ experience in project management. /li liExperience in core process development, feasibility and economic impact analysis. /li liRisk and opportunity analysis and control plan skills. /li liAbility to establish work plans for each phase of the lifecycle. /li liKnowledge of transition change management and continuous improvement. /li liExperience in new product development. /li liGood knowledge of financial parameters. /li liFluency in English is an asset. /li liExperience in engineering and financial management, preferably with exposure to digital transformation. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pNot Applicable /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job Function /h3 pProject Management and Information Technology /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
