Job Description:
The position holder will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Establishing relationships with new Key Accounts, including trade Agents, Interior Designers & Architects through regular meetings and on-site visits.
* Generating sales leads from existing Key Accounts through consistent follow-up efforts.
* Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales orders by effectively managing opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends through competition analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
* At least 8 years of management or supervisory experience in sales, with proficiency in Italian and English.
* Experience in selling products to projects through architects and interior designers.
* Demonstrated understanding of architectural and design projects and requirements from interior designers and architects (IDA).
* Leadership experience in a luxury interior brand, specifically furniture, lighting, and similar products.
* Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis.
