Facilitates, executes and/or participates in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required. /li liTranslates business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients. /li liSupports the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company. /li liDefines recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy. /li liMonitors climate on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas). /li liLeads the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department. /li liSupervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required. /li liSupports the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength. /li liEmbodies the Sephora values and acts as Sephora Ambassador. /li liPromotes, implements, communicates activities, policies, regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety issues. /li liActs as change agent. /li liIdentifies training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager. /li liDelivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ul li3+ years of experience in HR or a similar role. /li liExperience in leading and managing different people in different areas. /li liExperience in assessment centers and other recruiting tools. /li /ulh3How to be successful in the role /h3pContribution to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function organization, facilitating the change. Be a support of the Talent and the Managers in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. Be a guide and a support to Area Managers and Store Managers in people management and labor law standard respect.
