Channel Manager – Sales Team, Italian BranchPurpose: We are looking for a Channel Manager for the sales team of the Italian branch.
The purpose of the role is the commercial management at national level of the Group brands in order to achieve the KPIs of turnover and margin for one's area of expertise as well as people management.
Principle AccountabilitiesManagement of the GDA channel
Forecast creation for the area of expertise
Definition and management of the commercial plan in compliance with the assigned grids
Management of sales people
Main ResponsibilitiesThe person reporting to the Sales Director will have the task of managing the relationship with the GDA channel, measuring the direct reports' sales results and related buying groups' performance, the achievement of the assigned objectives using reports and documentation, forecasting and analyzing the sell-in and sell-out data.
In agreement with his/her manager, he/she draws up promotional plans for assigned customers.
Job Profile – Qualifications & KnowledgeMaster's degree or Diploma in economics and/or marketing.
Knowledge of the Office Suite.
Good knowledge of the English language.
MandatoryKnowledge and management of the buying group channel (minimum 3-5 years experience)
Knowledge of the market and of the SDA/household appliance sector
