About The Role The Credit department at Revolut designs, develops, and launches credit products globally. The team manages products from day one to the end, including back-end and front-end development, data science infrastructure, and local country setups with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. The Credit Wholesale Manager for Supply Chain Finance will design, deliver, and manage credit risk policies, procedures, and strategies for Revolut’s Supply Chain Finance products. You will contribute to launching the lending portfolio in your market, validate underwriting strategy, and lead preventative and reactive actions as the book grows. Up for the challenge? What You'll Be Doing Designing a scalable underwriting system with standardized data, processes, and policies for the market you own Collaborating with Data Science and Engineering to develop Origination, Monitoring, Provisioning, and Collections Risk Models Implementing continuous monitoring processes for receivables and payables, developing automated alerts for credit deterioration, and dynamically adjusting credit capacity Shaping underwriting credit policies to maximise portfolio-level economic returns Providing thought leadership on defining and evolving the risk appetite for this product Making key underwriting decisions for significant exposures Maintaining effective working relationships with the second line of defence Supporting departmental objectives and planning activities What You'll Need Proven expertise in managing credit risk for mid-market Supply Chain Finance products Excellent understanding of credit policy governance and effective collaboration with 2nd and 3rd lines of defence Track record in identifying and monitoring risk and fraud, and implementing and testing controls Proven ability to plan strategically, manage interdependencies, and deliver exceptional results Clear, concise, and structured communication style with the ability to explain complex concepts Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving, processing complex information for optimal decision-making The ability to balance thorough risk assessment with the need for timely execution and business impact Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
