The development of new polymer grades and product application requires a strong background in polymer science, mechanical characterisation of materials and plastics transformation. You will work with a broad portfolio of lab instruments and industrial manufacturing processes, requiring strong critical thinking and an attitude to proactively finding solutions. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul libProject management /b on two main development areas:br/o bPolymer science: /b development of new polymer grades for frames (ideation – scouting – testing – validation);br/o bProcess innovation: /b Development of new processing methods to enable new aesthetical effects and performance characteristics for product differentiationbr/• bReporting: /b you will be responsible to track development progress, produce technical reports for technology transfer and present regular project updates to stakeholders in a vertical hierarchy.
