We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. Your mission will be to generate high-quality outbound opportunities by engaging Italian SMBs that need better financial organization and helping them understand how Sibill can support their business. Only relevant and qualified leads reach the Account Executives Low-quality or non-relevant leads are filtered out early Early-stage or “not ready yet” leads are nurtured properly You enjoy talking to entrepreneurs and understanding their business challenges You’re resilient — “no” on the phone motivates you for the next call You’re fluent in Italian and enjoy working with Italian SMBs Research and qualify outbound leads (Italian SMBs) Make cold calls and send tailored emails to engage decision-makers Understand business needs and assess product fit Collaborate closely with Account Executives on go-to-market strategies Book high-quality product demos We help companies avoid failing due to cash flow issues Hybrid work: 3 days in the Milan office, 2 flexible ~ 15-minute phone chat with Gaia, HR Manager or Marco, Sales Team Leader #60-minute video interview with the Sales Team Leader #45-minute video interview with the Head of Sales #
