It plays a key role in identifying potential opportunities, redesigning reporting models and harmonising management accounting processes.

By joining one of KPMG's Accounting teams, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes.
Specifically, by joining theMilanorVeronateam, you will be involved inpayroll activities, including:
monthly processing of pay slips;
regulatory compliance for companies and employees;
INPS (Italian social security institution)/INAIL (National institute for insurance against accidents at work) fulfilments;
CU forms;
770 forms;
INAIL reverse charge;
calculation of contributions;
assistance via ongoing monitoring of Italian and international regulations on contractual, contribution and tax issues for employees.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
a degree in business or legal subjects;
a strong track record in payroll and contributions, preferably in professional firms;
appropriate training and constant updates with respect to all labour laws and their correct application;
excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel;
flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
excellent knowledge of English.
