We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova. In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience, exceeding guest expectations, and maximizing revenue.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, and events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
* Manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor, maximizing revenue through effective financial management
* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar
* Collaborate on menu development, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings
* Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
* Proven F&B management experience, preferably in a hotel setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
* In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English.
