Aseptic Field Commissioning Engineer Automation (Filler)
Your opportunity
Field Commissioning Engineer Automation will report to Field Commissioning Engineer Manager. The focus of the role will be:
- Perform start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel's high complex Equipment supplied to customers' plants
- Perform technical assistance during and after warranty period of high complex machines and troubleshooting in case of technical issues
- Support internal and external qualifications of Aseptic prototypes and technical modifications
Your Mission
- Start up, commissioning, test and services on Fillers of high complexity;
- Technical assistance onsite during and after warranty period for high complex machines;
- Intervention on site in case of technical issues that require a specific RCA & troubleshooting;
- Improve personal competences on complete combi, trade associated equipment and line equipment;
- Support in the workshop for internal qualification of Aseptic prototypes (run‐off, assembly, test позволяет );
- Support onsite for external qualification of technical modifications and variants;
- Responsible of equipment performances at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Technical professional qualification;
- Language requirements: Fluency in Italian and in English is a must‐have, a good level of French or other languages is a plus;
- Experience in cabling and testing of complex machinery or field and service activities or technical assistance would be an advantage;
- Deep knowledge of automation devices (PLC, HMI devices focused on the motion control of the main brands as Allen Bradley, Elau/Schneider Electrics, B&R and Siemens) and communication networks;
- Capable to manage stressful situations;
- Organized, able to conceptualize ideas into professional reports;
- Attitude to problem solving (trouble shooting and RCA) and Customer oriented;
- Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.);
