We are hiring a Logistic Structure Equipments Planner at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will report hierarchically to the Head of Logistic Engineering and Operations and functionally to the Logistic Operations Coordinator.
Your responsibilities include defining and managing budgets for logistic equipment procurement (shelves, grippers, manipulators, trailers, flow racks, etc.), overseeing related activities (e.g., shelf certification, periodic checks), liaising with Lamborghini, logistic service providers, production, and external suppliers. You will also evaluate supplier offers and manage logistics assets (status checks, maintenance, certifications).
Your main activities will be:
* Checking and improving logistic asset status
* Preparing technical specifications for equipment
* Evaluating technical offers
* Managing external suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and certification of equipment
* Planning equipment relocation and warehouse layout
* Updating LSP contracts regarding logistic equipment
* Ensuring safety rules are followed by LSPs (inspections, walk-arounds, 5S, interference checks, certifications)
* Verifying storage and safety compliance for dangerous goods
* Coordinating with other departments (Logistics, Infrastructure, IT, Purchasing, Safety, External Suppliers)
About you
* Degree in Mechanical, Management, or Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in high-volume manufacturing or automotive warehouses
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
* Strong project management skills
* Experience working with logistic service providers and external suppliers
* Knowledge of safety regulations
* Problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus
* Strong personality with proactive action implementation skills
* Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude
