This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a collaborative environment. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul li3D Tolerance Analysis Simulation ul liRunning 3D tolerance simulations using OEM‑approved digital tools. /li liPreparing CAD models and organizing required geometry for analysis. /li liBuilding product assemblies and defining key points and features for accurate alignment. /li liApplying and interpreting GDT based on engineering drawings. /li liCreating and configuring measurement outputs (gaps, clearances, alignment references, etc.). /li liAnalyzing simulation results and providing clear recommendations. /li liPreparing professional presentations summarizing findings for stakeholders. /li liSupporting technical discussions and participating in meetings throughout the process. /li /ul /li liTolerance Documentation (Excel AOs) ul liCreating Excel‑based tolerance overviews using OEM internal applications. /li liAdding images, measurement points, alignment points, and tolerance definitions. /li liCoordinating with team leaders and quality planners for validation and approval. /li liEnsuring accurate and up‑to‑date documentation within the system. /li /ul /li li1D Tolerance Chain Calculations ul liDefining gap, offset, parallelism, and uniformity measurements. /li liLinking measurements to relevant parts and documentation. /li liBuilding assembly tolerance chains and integrating process tolerances. /li liExporting results and preparing clear status updates for project reviews. /li liPresenting findings and supporting decision‑making in cross‑functional teams. /li /ul /li /ul h3What You Bring Along /h3 ul liExperience with 3D tolerance analysis tools (such as 3DCS or similar OEM software). /li liSolid understanding of GDT standards and mechanical drawings. /li liFamiliarity with OEM systems for dimensional management and documentation. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
