Role Overview\nAs a\nRoom Service Waiter\n, you are responsible for delivering a private and sophisticated dining experience. You must ensure that every meal served within our rooms and suites reflects the same high standards of our dining rooms. The ideal candidate is punctual, highly organized, and possesses a \"ghost-like\" presence—efficient and attentive without being intrusive.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Take room service orders via telephone with a polite and professional tone, ensuring clear communication of dietary preferences or special requests.
\n
- Mise-en-Place: Prepare trays and trolleys with absolute precision, ensuring all necessary condiments, cutlery, and linens are present and perfectly presented.
\n
- Delivery & Setup: Deliver orders to guest suites promptly, setting up the dining experience (on terraces or in-room) with elegance and according to Aman standards.
\n
- Quality Control: Inspect every dish before leaving the kitchen to ensure it meets temperature and presentation requirements.
\n
- Clearance: Monitor the hallways and coordinate with Housekeeping for the discreet and timely removal of used trays and trolleys.
\n
- Mini-bar Support: Assist, when required, in the restocking and maintenance of guest room mini-bars to ensure they are always impeccably presented.

\nRequirements\n
\n
- Experience: Previous experience in In-Room Dining or F&B; service in a luxury hotel.
\n
- Communication: Good command of English and Italian. Ability to communicate clearly and warmly over the phone.
\n
- Discretion: A high degree of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
\n
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy trays and move efficiently through the property.
\n
- Organization: Strong time-management skills to ensure all orders arrive within the promised timeframe.
