Job Title: Digital Health Solution Executive
The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Rome within the Core Laboratory Division. The role involves promoting, presenting, and driving the sales of consulting services and IT engagements to healthcare providers, aiming to enhance cost efficiency, operational productivity, and patient care quality.
Responsibilities
Develop and present proposals to sell and deliver client engagements designing and implementing business and technology solutions for medium to large healthcare providers.
Support implementation, oversee the quality of deliverables, and manage relationships to ensure high performance. Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on industry trends, market regulations, and healthcare policies within the target customer segment.
Build and maintain customer relationships to generate new sales and retain existing business.
Develop a credible opportunity pipeline for new projects and value expansion by understanding customer needs.
Negotiate contracts leading to long-term commitments, managing the process from quotation to contract signing.
Integrate insights from business analysis into multi-year strategic plans.
Coordinate Abbott resources to execute strategic account plans, including role assignment, expectation setting, and timeline management.
Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferred in medical, life sciences, or medical technology.
Minimum 4 years of experience in selling digital health solutions.
Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, and/or Business Development.
Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors.
Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding of how technology adds value.
Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
Service-oriented and commercially minded.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred.
