This role ensures an excellent guest experience while maximizing revenues and maintaining high operational standards.Work LocationThe position is open for our Ethra Reserve property, located in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA).Area of ResponsibilityOversee the full daily operation of the Beach Club, ensuring efficiency and service qualityCoordinate and supervise all operational teams, including porters (facchini), cleaning staff, bar waiters, floor waiters, and towel service staffManage and control beach logistics, including sunbeds, umbrellas, layout organization, and cleanlinessSupervise hostess activities, reservations, guest flow, and beach allocationEnsure correct execution of bar and food service in coordination with the F&B departmentBe fully responsible for sales performance, revenue control, upselling strategies, and cashless/room charge proceduresMonitor stock levels, equipment, and consumables related to beach operationsHandle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP management on-siteEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsCoordinate with Hotel Management, GEX, F&B, and Maintenance departmentsSpecific Knowledge and TrainingDegree or diploma in hospitality management or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in beach club, resort, or F&B operations, with supervisory responsibilitiesStrong operational, organizational, and leadership skillsProven experience in sales management and revenue controlExcellent guest orientation and problem-solving abilityFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plusAbility to work outdoors, under pressure, and during peak seasonal operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
