Our Consulting team is part of EY’s Europe Central cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally. /p pThe transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity‑rich, interested to join us? /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pLead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 FO modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting. /p pConduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. /p pConfigure system modules, define workflows, and perform functional testing in collaboration with technical teams. /p pPrepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test scripts. /p pSupport data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. /p pWork closely with developers to design and validate customizations, reports, and integrations. /p pProvide end‑user training and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth system adoption. /p pParticipate in solution reviews, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. /p pAct as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and recommendations on process optimization. /p h3Requirements /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. /p pMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification preferred. /p pMinimum 3 years of experience in a functional consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (or AX 2012). /p pProven experience in full‑cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to go‑live and support. /p pExperience in one or more of the following domains: /p ul liFinance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Bank, Budgeting /li liSupply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing /li liProject Operations / Management Accounting /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 pStrong understanding of business process flows and cross‑module dependencies. /p pAbility to translate business requirements into clear functional designs. /p pFamiliarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage. /p pExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. /p pStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. /p pAbility to work effectively in client‑facing environments and cross‑functional teams. /p pDetail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic project requirements. /p h3What we offer you /h3 pAt EY, we’ll develop you with future‑focused skills and equip you with world‑class experiences.
