Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities; /li liManage tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it; /li liGenerate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices; /li liOperate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications; /li liProvide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled; /li liManage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met; /li liRegularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager; /li liMaintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level.
