Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /p pWe are looking for a bZone Manager Sales (field role). /b /p h3MISSION /h3 pTo ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Dealers within their assigned area. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOrganize regular meetings with the Dealership managers /li liMonitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors activities, etc. /li liAnalyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices etc. /li liDrive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /li liSupport Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company. /li liGrant consistency between the sell in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /li liMonitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions; /li liDrive forward B2B PC activities of the Dealership /li liMonitor Quality KPI /li liWork with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event) /li liDrive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activities /li liWork with the Dealership in their operational marketing actions /li liIdentify the Dealer needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to allow the Dealer to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.) /li /ul h3PROFILE BACKGROUND /h3 ul liStrong sales and analysis orientation /li liExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills /li liEnergy, determination and stress management /li liExcellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel /li liGood knowledge of the English language. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
