What You’ll Do
* Coordinate employee lifecycle activities : recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and contract management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Assist with learning & development coordination, tracking training needs and usage of development budgets
* Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with Italian labor law
* Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers for HR-related questions
* Collaborate with the central HR team (based in Turkey) to ensure consistency in HR practices and process improvements
* Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility needs
* Coordinate with Finance and Legal Teams on local compliance, invoices, and vendor contracts
* Support health and safety (HSE) documentation and compliance for the Milan office
* Organize local employee engagement activities, events, and office celebrations
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, office management, or payroll support, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of Italian labor regulations and HR administration processes
* Proficient in MS Office / G-Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus
* Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
