This job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group**
The candidate will be part of the IDV Manufacturing team with the aim of promoting the best technical and process solutions in order to achieve the efficiency and quality requirements. Support the development and implementation of immediate solutions in collaboration with all plant functions;
• Interface with all the support functions in the plant to facilitate their activity and interaction;
• Develop internal and external benchmarking in order to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting the plants with regard to continuous improvement methodologies;
• Work on launch activities and production capability in respect of quality, costs and time objectives;
• Collaborate for the installation xdwybme of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 required);
