Within the Cyber & Security Solutions area, specifically in the team overseeing international markets and the Space sector, we are seeking a Project Manager for Genova site, Rome Laurentina Site and Firenze site – Campo Bisenzio.
Responsibilities
* Act as an execution-driven Project Manager, directly involved in the day-to-day management of activities, ensuring concrete contribution to delivery and problem solving across the project lifecycle
* Manage internal cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination across all project contributors
* Act as the primary point of contact in interactions with the customer, guaranteeing smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Oversee contractual aspects related to the project, ensuring compliance with obligations, timelines and deliverables including T&M and fixed-price contract models, change request and variation order management, milestone-based payment structures and penalty clauses
* Monitor and control the financial performance of the project, including budget adherence, cost tracking, forecasting activities and variation order management
* Manage project supplies and the delivery of all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with scope, quality and schedule requirements
* Support the preparation of bid documentation and proposals, contributing to technical inputs, planning elements and overall submission quality
* Independently manage all PM-related tasks, including planning, scheduling, risk monitoring, progress reporting and overall project control
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related STEM disciplines.
Seniority
* At least 4 years of experience as Project Manager within structured organizations
* Proven experience managing international clients and stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience managing projects with a value of at least €3M
* Experience in Cyber Security, Cloud or Digital Transformation projects
Technical Knowledge and Skills
* Good understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
* Good knowledge of digital and/or cloud domains (familiarity with cloud architectures at a conceptual/architectural level; understanding of technology vendor management)
* Advanced knowledge of economic and financial fundamentals in project management
* Familiarity with contractual mechanisms in complex projects (T&M, fixed-price, variation orders, milestones)

* Experience in NATO context
