Accountabilities
* Program Planning: Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while leading teams through software development phases.
* Program Management: Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; ensure teams remain on track and in scope.
* Risk Management: Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact timelines.
* Communication: Serve as a liaison among Product, Hardware, Engineering, and Marketing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical program management.
* Experience leading product programs at scale and balancing product and business priorities.
* Deep understanding of technical implementation details and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing program needs while facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.
