Overview
The Junior HR Plant Administration Specialist will support our HR Payroll & Administration Team in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely HR administrative processes at the plant level, and support operations and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide advice and support to employees on payslips, taxation, social security, and contractual matters, including pension and healthcare funds.
* Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly data.
* Manage mandatory communications to public authorities for hiring, termination, contract extensions, or intercompany transfers.
* Prepare and handle payroll accounting reconciliations and payments related to social security, taxes, pension funds, and union contributions.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires on their first day.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
* 2–3 years of experience in similar HR administration or payroll roles.
* Knowledge of CCNL Industria Chimica e Alimentare.
* Familiarity with ADP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors systems.
* Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
* Confidentiality and professional discretion.
* Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English.
