Job Description
As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers whenever they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize available store devices.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
* Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
* Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising:
* Maintain sales standards and ensure cleanliness of the store as needed.
* Check stock levels on the sales floor, replenish when necessary, and ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Preferably experience in retail;
* Excellent communication and customer management skills;
* Team-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
