About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial & Commercial Controller to join our Finance team. The resource will support the controlling activities related to industrial and commercial performance, contributing to the monitoring of production costs, operational KPIs, product and business line marginality, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting aligned with Group standards.
In this role, you will operate in a structured metal-mechanical environment, characterized by complex production processes and articulated commercial dynamics.
Main Responsibilities
Industrial Controlling
Analysis of industrial costs: direct/indirect costs, standard costs, production variances, efficiencies, scrap.
Monitoring production order variances (price, quantity, efficiency, mix).
Support in preparing industrial budgets and periodic forecasts.
Analysis of BOMs, routings, actual vs. standard cost comparison.
Preparation of industrial reporting: KPIs, production costs, industrial margins.
Advanced use of Excel, Power BI and SAP CO-FI modules.
Commercial Controlling
Analysis of product, customer and business line marginality both:
On-going : profitability monitoring, margin forecast updates, price/volume/cost impacts;
Actuals : real margin, product mix, price-quantity deviations.
Monitoring of volumes, revenues and commercial margins by area, customer, product family.
Support in developing commercial KPIs (operating margin per customer/product, contribution margin, order profitability).
Contribution to commercial forecasting and margin projections.
Development of Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models for commercial analysis.
Constant collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams on costs, prices and variances.
Reporting & Systems
Responsible for loading Budget, Forecast and Actuals into the Group reporting system.
Ensuring data completeness, correctness, deadline compliance and format alignment with Group Finance requirements.
Data verification and validation supporting month-end closing and consolidation.
What You Need to Be Successful
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in industrial and commercial controlling, preferably in industrial companies.
Strong knowledge of industrial accounting and marginality analysis.
Excellent command of Excel (complex models, predictive analysis, advanced formulas).
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and multidimensional analysis.
Good understanding of BOMs, routings, MRP logic and commercial processes.
Experience with SAP CO/FI modules.
Good command of English.
Strong analytical mindset, precision and structured problem solving.
Effective communication with operational and commercial stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
