We provide an environment with fast decisions, high trust in employees and freedom under responsibility. /pulliMain responsibilities /liliDevelop, manage and coordinate projects of industrial processing plants / equipment. /liliManage / coordinate customer interface and suppliers / subcontractors within the projects. /liliProvide a high level of customer service, working closely with other members of the sales, technical and service team as required. /liliKey tasks /liliDefine with the Sales Manager and Technical Manager the technical configuration and the cost budget of plant / equipment to offer to Customers. /liliDevelop the technical project of the plant / equipment, according to IPCO know-how Customer specifications. /liliCreate the management architecture in ERP system (Infor M3), keeping its status updated constantly. /liliCreate a healthy competition among potential Suppliers in order to get the best quality and price balance from which the project can get the best benefit. /liliDraft the technical documentation for the Constructors / Suppliers with the support of external engineering subcontractors. /liliDo periodical follow up with Customers / Constructors / Suppliers. /liliMake the project planning and keep its status updated constantly. /liliConduct project reviews and create detailed reports. /liliDraft the plant / equipment operation manual and update it for final release with the support of external suppliers. /liliManage the project risk analysis of the projects. /liliParticipate in the construction phase of the equipment, leading the activities. /liliPeriodically update the Technical Manager / Sales Manager on project planning and progress. /liliParticipate in the equipment testing phase (FAT / SAT). /liliWork according to Machine Directive and IPCO procedures. /liliWork in accordance with IPCO's Fair Play, Code of Conduct and core values. /liliEducation /liliBachelor of Science in engineering (mechanical engineering), or other relevant education or a similar level of appropriate documented technical experience. /liliSoft Skills /liliProactiveness (ability to analyse and propose solutions to problems). /liliTechnical Skills /liliKnowledge of technical drawing. /liliKnowledge of material science (plastics, metals relative heat treatments). /liliGood knowledge of Design Software 2D / 3D (preferably Autodesk Autocad Mechanical and Inventor). /liliBasic knowledge of turning, milling and gearing machine. /liliBasic knowledge of welding procedures. /liliGood knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
