Factory:Sole di Sicilia - Direct reporting to:Plant manager- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the regular functionality and efficiency of all plant equipment.- - Organise and supervise ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance.- - Coordinate the implementation of investments in new technologies.- - Manage the procurement of equipment, technical services, maintenance materials, and small tools.- - Update and maintain technical documentation for equipment and machinery.- - Oversee and control external contractors performing maintenance, ensuring compliance with access and safety regulations.- - Lead and manage the internal maintenance team.- - Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with workplace safety and food safety regulations.- - Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.- - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment, preferably in the agri-food sector.- - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and electrical/photovoltaic design software (Software H).- - Good command of English.- - Knowledge of Project management- Training and Skills Solid understanding of plant engineering and machinery management.- - Training in maintenance management procedures.
