General Description:

Under the supervision of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops the commercial team.

Essential Functions:

* Builds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market.
* Establishes strong relationships with KOLs, study groups, and key accounts.
* Prepares the market for product approvals.
* Implements marketing strategies for new launches.
* Builds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy.
* Achieves regional sales goals and performance metrics.
* Plans and monitors budgets for regional and cluster teams.
* Sets sales goals and analyzes market data.
* Identifies developmental needs of team members and provides training and coaching.
* Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams and manages key account plans.
* Works with Market Access to facilitate account access.
* Ensures field force effectiveness in partnership with Marketing.
* Aligns with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams on strategy.
* Participates in scientific meetings and workshops.
* Provides leadership fostering high performance, engagement, and accountability.
* Develops a modern leadership culture to attract and retain talent.
* Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting organizational goals.
* Ensures patient-centered business decisions and high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

* Scientific education and experience in similar roles; life science degree preferred.
* Over 5 years of experience leading commercial teams, especially in oncology.
* Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Deep knowledge of the oncology market, particularly lung and gastric cancers.
* Excellent contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders.
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Motivated, solution-oriented, with a positive attitude.
* Fluent in English, with good computer skills (MS Office).
* Valid driver’s license.

Education Required: University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years industry experience.

Supervisory responsibilities include managing the local/regional sales team, hiring, supervising, and developing team members.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office required.

Other qualifications include fluency in verbal and written English.

Travel: Approximately 60% of the time.
