Are you ready to learn fast and have a real impact at our brand new Italian office? Join our team of Partner Managers and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector! Handle a portfolio of partners and help them increase their revenue. Join our dynamic and innovative team, working within a fast-growing company that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth. As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners. Our partners are system / ERP integrators and Italian IT companies adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the main point of contact for partners, you will coach them on business strategy, implementation methodologies, and product know-how to help grow their Odoo business. You will also interact with a diverse range of customers across regions, qualifying and providing demos to end clients, and matching them with suitable partners. What the job entails Enable and train Odoo Partners on effective sales and implementation strategies. Act as a business coach to improve operational efficiency for partners and clients. Build long-term relationships with partners based in Italy. Qualify end clients, deliver tailored demos, and connect them with appropriate partners. Negotiate licenses and pricing, promoting the right value propositions. Work with companies of various industries and sizes across Italy. Empower and challenge your partners. Support both experienced and inexperienced partners in developing sales capabilities. Take on real responsibilities from day one. Build your partner portfolio from scratch and be accountable for your success. Fluent in Italian (C2) and English. 1 to 3 years of experience in a tech sales role, preferably B2B. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Passionate about sales, convincing, negotiating, and hitting targets. Proactive in helping teams, partners, and customers. Valid work permit in Italy. Interest in IT and technology. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Experience as a project manager or consultant is a plus.
