If you're passionate about sustainability and want to make a tangible impact, we invite you to be part of our journey. /ppSchindler is seeking a dedicated Environmental Engineer to join our Global Technology Department and play a pivotal role in delivering environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient products and services. /ppbWhat You’ll Do : /b /ppPerform Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to evaluate and enhance product footprint.; /ppSupport productcertification, material declarations, and the creation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Health Product Declarations (HPD); /ppMonitor environmental trends and ensure product compliance with regulations; /ppDevelop and implement innovative tools and methods for automating eco-design processes across product development; /ppProvide expert training and coaching on product ecology throughout the development and validation phases; /ppOffer technicaladvice on low-energy designs and guide engineering efforts in areas like reuse, remanufacturing, recycling, and carbon emissions; /ppLead product environmental projects, ensuring they align with objectives, timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards from inception to completion. /ppbWhat We’re Looking For : /b /ppWe are looking for passionate and skilled individuals with the following qualifications : /ppMaster’s degree (preferred) in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field; /ppExpertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) methods, circular economy principles, climate change strategies, and low-carbon product development; /ppPractical experience in quantifying environmental impacts in the context of building and industrial sectors; /ppFamiliarity with key environmental indicators such as carbon, water, energy, and resource use; /ppExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach; /ppProven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams both locally and globally; /ppA self-motivated mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; /ppExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to diverse teams and leadership levels; /ppFluency in English (additional languages are a plus). /ppbWhy Schindler? /b /ppAt Schindler, we’re not just offering a job – we’re offering a career with endless possibilities for growth, innovation, and impact.
