PpJoin to apply for the bEHS Manager /b role at bParker Hannifin /b. /p h3Org Marketing Statement /h3 pFor our Engineering Material Group, specifically our Lord Noise Vibration Harshness Division – we are looking for a EHS Manager for our Plant in Monzambano, focused on rubber to metal and steer by wire devices. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe EHS Manager will report hierarchically to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Division EHS Manager. The resource will lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of the location’s goals and objectives in environment, health and safety (EHS), in accordance with all applicable company policies and procedures. He/She will ensure that the location is implementing and adhering to EHS principles, techniques, and methodologies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Leadership Team, while managing the environmental, industrial, health and safety regulation compliance for the facility. /li liMakes implementation and results a top priority and regularly updates the locations EHS implementation plan; (Sets implementation and results as top priorities and ensures regular updates to the EHS implementation plan for the site) /li liIdentify and assess workplace risks; keep Risk Assessment Documents (JSA / DVR) updated, incorporating organizational changes and scheduled specific assessment; Identify and assess workplace risks, and keep Risk Assessment documents (JSA/DVR) up to date by incorporating organizational changes /li liUnderstand applicable legal requirements regarding environment, health and safety and collaborate to ensure compliance within the location; (Ensure all applicable registrations, permits and licenses are in place and current; ensure the disposal of hazardous materials as per regulations and Parker policies and procedures in a timely manner.) /li liDevelop health, safety and environmental procedures for the location. /li liPropose and develop operational improvements that reduce environmental impacts and maintain zero recordable incidents. /li liManage HSE performance reporting (health, safety, electricity and gas consumprion) and KPI monitoring (injury frequency/severity, reduction of CO2 emissions). /li liCoordinate activities related to customer sustainability requests. /li liCoordinate health surveillance within the location. /li liManage deadlines for mandatory HSE training and coordinate with HR to deliver site training plans. /li liParticipate in monthly meetings with Division EHS. /li liConduct and manage internal and certification audits and maintain the Environmental, Health Safety Management System according to ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Plan, conduct, and manage internal and certification audits, and maintain the Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. /li liProvides high level of technical and operational recommendations in meeting manufacturing goals, minimizing business interruption risk due to noncompliance, and maintaining a safe, accident free workplace. /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liHelps develop EHS champions within the location with an emphasis on achieving the division’s goals, objectives, and implementation plans relative to the Corporate and Division requirements. /li liPrepare and manage the annual HSE budget for projects and initiatives. /li liLead the Safety Committee and manage the periodic meeting. /li liMaintain the Emergency Plan and Business Continuity Plan and act as Emergency Coordinator. /li liRSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service) and fulfill statutory duties. /li liPromotes a continuous learning environment. /li liShares “best practice” methods and ideas with other EHS managers and leaders across Parker. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster Degree Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques, or related fields. /li liGood Knowledge and understanding of the laws related the environment, health and safety. /li liUse EHS applications (Safety Zucchetti, Gensuite, Humantech) to manage data, workflows, and reporting. /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills; strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. /li liSelf motivated, result driven, analytical skills, problem solving skills. /li liManagerial experience, preferably in manufacturing sector, with demonstrated ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees both when supervising directly and in virtual/projects teams. /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English. /li liRSPP qualification. /li liHSE Experience 4 to 6+ years in manufacturing/industrial sites. /li liAbility to draft and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific assessments (noise, vibration, chemical risk, manual handling, display screen equipment—DSE/workstations, ergonomics). /li liExperience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. /li /ul h3Key Competences /h3 ul liNEBOSH/IOSH certifications; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification. /li liFire safety and first aid certifications. /li liKnowledge of ATEX. /li liExperience in energy management and reporting (monitoring electricity/gas consumption, energy KPIs). /li liFamiliarity with HSE KPIs (severity rates, near misses) and sustainability/CO2 reporting. /li liLean/Kaizen methodologies and foundational Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt). /li /ul h3EMEA Business Description /h3 pParker Hannifin EMEA Sàrl (“PHEMEA”), based in Etoy, Switzerland, is the Principal Operating Company for Parker in the EMEA region.
