Greenvolt Power Italy is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and execution of our renewable energy projects. This role involves participating in the design, supervision, and construction of large-scale renewable energy initiatives, focusing on solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Key Accountabilities Provide professional engineering advice and technical support for the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, primarily solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS. Review project design drawings and participate in discussions with designers and BOP Contractors. Assist in tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) by defining technical requirements and design. Support the preparation and control of documentation to ensure timely project construction. Coordinate with procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for external suppliers' bidding processes. Schedule project steps to achieve efficient, timely, and cost-effective construction. Supervise and ensure compliance with permits during construction. Report project status, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to the Board. Manage payment approval and document processes in line with project schedules. Facilitate internal communication within the Development Team and with other departments such as Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & Quality. Oversee technical, safety, and quality issues during construction. Engage with stakeholders during grid connection processes. Collaborate with EPC companies to resolve construction design issues. Qualifications Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering. 5-6 years of experience in renewable energy projects, mainly PV and wind farm construction. Knowledge of components and technical equipment used in large-scale onshore wind, solar PV, and high-voltage systems. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, WindPro, Wasp, PVsyst. Willingness to travel across Italy for project sites. Understanding of local grid connection regulations. Negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Teamwork and reporting skills.
