Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. /p h3Position /h3 pWe are currently seeking a bField Service Engineer /b to join our bAfter Sales Services Dept. /b at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). /p h3Role Goal /h3 pGuarantees technical support on field to customers on assigned markets/products. /p pReports to Field Service Coordinator. /p h3Main Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liHe/She is in contact with customer to manage the technical and evolutive issues coming from the customer. /li liHe/She performs the analysis in cooperation with the Carel RD in order to analyze and solve the customer's request, remotely or with the direct intervention of the customer installation when necessary. /li liSupports the local Subsidiaries and Knowledge Centre in mapping their own local gaps of knowledge of Services staff, and provides dedicated training when necessary in order to let local staff autonomous. /li liHe/She provides trainings and consultancies about the followed products directly to customers. /li liHe/She will take care about accuracy and precision of care of customers having as KPI the speediness and level of satisfaction of such a kind of service. /li liHe/She analyzes data from After Sales process‑monitoring tools (as the ticketing system) on its assigned product line, in order to provide summarized and valuable information to Quality, Platforms and Sales about the behavior of products during commissioning or after sales. /li liIn cooperation with the Field Operations team, involve customers in new services offering it under a certain level of value or complexity. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must Have /h3 ul liAt least 3 years experience in similar role /li liGood English proficiency /li liHigh school degree (IT or automation) /li liKnowledge of an object‑oriented programming language (e.g. C++, Java, C#) /li liAvailability to travel /li liGoal‑oriented mindset, innovative problem‑solving approach, and strong communication and negotiation skills /li liShare the value of bCarel Culture Code! /b /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in mid‑large sized companies, with focus on services /li liUniversity degree is preferred (Engineering or Scientific) /li liBasic knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, Linux systems, Python scripting, and prior exposure to automation will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 h3What we offer /h3 ul libWork‑life balance /b: remote working and flexitime /li liOn‑boarding program and continuing training /li libCompany /b bwelfare /b: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company bonus, contributions to school expenses /li libCarel BoostCamp /b, a three‑year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross‑cultural communication and problem solving /li /ul h3Act for the planet – Act for people – Act to share value /h3 pOur organisation aims to ensure the establishment of transparent and responsible governance and to foster a fair and inclusive workplace where diversity is recognised as an essential value for the innovation we strive to bring.
