We are looking for a: Stress Analyst Responsabilities: The purpose of work is to conduct structural end fatigue analyses of composite and metal parts through hand calculations (i.e Excel spreadsheets) and FEM specialistic activities. FE Analysis : Perform Linear and Non-linear FE Analysis using commercial Pre and Post software (e.g., Apex, Patran, Hypermesh) and common solvers (e.g., MSC.Nastran). Conduct Explicit FE Analysis (Bird Strike, Crash, Impact) using LS-Dyna, MSC.Nastran SOL 700 (Dytran), or Radioss. Support and Testing : Provide support for manufacturing and in-service structural parts throughout their lifecycle. Contribute to structural test requirements and compare analytical vs. experimental results. Prepare stress analysis reports and test assessment reports. Collaborate with the Airvehicle department for loads. Work with the Design department for CAD surfaces. Coordinate with Large Structural Laboratories for detailed tests, sub-components tests, and full-scale tests. Engage with the Material & Processes team for materials allowable.
