In this role you drive measurable improvements across EMEA Operations by leading shopfloor Kaizen and Six Sigma problem solving. You will unlock capacity and productivity through industrial engineering analyses and support ramp‑ups of assembly lines. You translate leadership priorities into concrete improvement charters with clear targets and owners. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to eliminate waste and sustain gains. You will help shape a high‑performance culture by coaching teams and delivering validated savings that impact the business.

- Lead shopfloor-based Kaizen events across EMEA sites with scope definition, workshops, countermeasures, and sustainment
- Perform Industrial Engineering analyses (time studies, work measurement, line balancing, takt/capacity calculations, labour optimization, layout & material flow improvements) to unlock capacity
- Assist ramp‑up and stabilization of new/existing lines (readiness checks, bottleneck removal, standard work creation, training support, performance stabilization)
- Translate OPS priorities (cost‑out, capacity, throughput, lead time, quality losses) into improvement charters with targets and owners
- Apply Lean tools and Six Sigma / DMAIC to drive structured problem solving with controls to prevent recurrence
- Own benefits realization from baseline to validation, leading savings verification and sign‑off with Finance
- Coach site teams to sustain improvements; build local capability and lead by example
- Provide Kaizen documentation and leadership updates (A3s, before/after, KPI impact, action tracking)
Responsabilità
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence / CI, Lean Manufacturing, or manufacturing process improvement
- Proven delivery of measurable improvements with documentation from baseline to sustainment
- Practical application of Lean (standard work, line balancing, visual management, waste elimination, 5S, Gemba problem solving)
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma / DMAIC and root‑cause methods; data collection and analysis in production
- Ability to lead Kaizen workshops and drive cross‑functional implementation in a fast‑paced environment
