The role reports to the IT Strategy, Performance Capabilities Director and it is based in Parma. /p h3Job purpose /h3 pManage the governance of the IT vendor ecosystem to ensure third‑party services align with business priorities, IT strategy, architecture, risk/compliance, and financial goals. Drive measurable, sustainable value from vendors through strong governance, service quality, risk management, and cost control across the full lifecycle.br/Act as the key interface between IT and functions like Purchasing, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance to ensure vendors are not just contractually compliant, but operationally effective and value‑generating. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. Contract Governance Coordination /h3 ul liDefine and validate IT contract requirements (cybersecurity, cloud, data protection, continuity). /li liEnsure contracts include clear, enforceable SLAs, security controls, and cloud responsibilities. /li liTranslate technical, architectural, and risk needs into contractual terms. /li liMaintain alignment between contracts, security requirements, and actual delivery. /li liSupport intercompany IT service frameworks and group‑wide vendor usage models. /li /ul h32. Vendor Governance Strategy /h3 ul liDevelop and improve IT vendor governance frameworks (policies, controls, forums). /li liAlign vendor strategy with business priorities, architecture, and operating model. /li liSegment suppliers by criticality, risk, and strategic importance. /li liMonitor performance vs SLAs and business outcomes. /li liDrive reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. /li liEvaluate vendors on real value: quality, stability, responsiveness—not just contracts. /li /ul h34. Risk, Cybersecurity Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and regulations. /li liEnforce security controls (access, incidents, vulnerabilities, continuity). /li liCoordinate audits, certifications (e.g., ISO 27001), and remediation. /li liAct as the central link between IT, Security, Privacy, and control functions. /li /ul h35. Financial Governance Value Control /h3 ul liEnsure transparency between vendor costs, usage, and delivered value. /li liImprove visibility into spend (Opex/Capex), consumption, and cost drivers. /li liIdentify inefficiencies and optimize vendor value and cost discipline. /li /ul h36.
