Position Snapshot - Nestlé Italy, San Pellegrino Terme (BG) - Fixed-term contract (1 year) with the possibility of future employment - At least 6 months of experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling - Undergraduates or graduates in Economics / Finance and/or Accountancy Qualification - Proficiency in English and Italian - Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities Position Summary In this role you will be part of our Finance Team and you will support the financial analysis process for the overheads costs to facilitate a fact based decision making process, ensuring adherence to Financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirement. A day in the life - Collaborating with the centre of competence based in Barcelona to prepare dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly review) and actual closing; - Interacting with the stakeholders for the operational file to prepare the budget with Official Budget tool; - Making manual journal/accrual for the monthly closing; - Interacting with internal stakeholders to define the budget and for quarterly review for the spending; - Collaborating with the Decision Support Manager, Overheads and Business Controllers in order to provide a high quality data / timely framework; - Preparing Reporting, data and analysis to be submitted to the Business Unit Controller and functional directors.
